Spanish moss growing on the branches of the oak trees over one of the paths in Maclay Gardens State Park. I liked the way the long strands looked blowing in the wind that was coming off the lake. You can see what it looks like up close in the third shot, which I took while sitting in one of the lakeside pavilions in the park.

A nice view indeed.
Musical Moss... love this. I know how hard it is to capture wind in trees and you captured the wind blown moss with feeling. I can see it blowing. beautiful... moss to me is a decoration for an old tree.
the title kept me humming, the answer my friend is blowing in the wind... the answer is blowing in the wind. haha great shots too.

I could almost feel the breeze when I looked at these photos!
It creates quite an artistic look.
Very cool, Lois. Halloween spooky! I hate the stuff but it can make for good photos at times like this!

If I'm correct the moss is a sign of clean air. Nice photos!
Nice, I like it.
When I saw your title I thought we might be moving from rock to folk music. But I love your shots! The light and the motion of the mosses is lovely and ethereal. Really nice post!
