Faux window
I'm not sure what the story is on this, but I like it. I took this photo several months ago. At the time, the building seemed to be empty. I only noticed it because it is across the street from one of my favorite restaurants.
Hey, if you don't have a window and want to see out, just paint one on the wall. Now that's the way our politicos think. It is cute, though. I guess it doesn't matter if the building is empty. There's no one to see out anyway. Kinda on the order if a tree falls in the forest...etc., etc. :)
Maybe they wanted it to have that lived in look. It makes me think of a building I pass all the time. Years ago it used to be a restaurant but it's been vacant for maybe 10 years. However, I think it's being used for storage as I see trucks there every now and then. They haven't painted it like this but they have put a nice red bench outside that's never used. It just looks nice. I've always thought it was there to make the building look useful.

Hello, it is a cute window and mural. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day!

It's charming!
Kinda needs a window there, doesn't it? :-)
I like the whimsy of this, Lois!
Better than a plain wall. I think a cat in the window would be a nice addition, don't you think.
Could these by "lace curtain Irish?"
Wait! You're sure it's empty? I think I see someone inside waving at me.
(Thank you for the email update. I haven't had a free moment today to respond. I plan to soon.)
a bad place to land in a parachute haha. awesome pics as usual :)
I think it's a super fun way to liven up a plain wall Lois ☺
