College golf

The Seminole Golf Course and Club is the home of the Florida State University men's and women's golf teams. The course also serves as a learning laboratory for the University's Professional Golf Management Program and the building in the second photo houses offices, classrooms, a clubhouse, pro shop and restaurant. The course is also open to the public.

Note to Lowell: I could not pass this golf course without taking these photos just for you!

I know a lot of non-football and non-basketball teams often have to borrow other places for events

As a keen golfer my husband would enjoy a game here! Do you play Lois? Apparently I don't have the right temperament 😀

Thanks, Lois! Much appreciated. It looks really nice and I'm sure the course is in tip-top shape...college golf is a big deal these days and a lot of the pros come out of the universities. I'd love to play this course sometime!

It looks like a beautiful place.

Too much open fairway for me. I'd need a narrower range of choices as to where to lose my ball. :-)

It is surprising to me that universities have golf teams!

Nice looking grounds. The only golf I played was miniature golf and that was a long time ago but we do have a mini course down by the water. I never seen anyone play there so it might not be popular.
