Clouds gathering behind the Holy Mother of God Greek Orthodox Church. I took these photos when I was attending their annual
Greek Festival a couple of weeks ago. As you can see from the second shot, I went a little overboard on the Greek pastries. They lasted several days in my refrigerator though and were all delicious, especially that Baklava Cheesecake in the lower right corner.

Dear Lois, these photos are evidence that you have given your soul up to sweet decadence. The good news is that forgiveness is possible providing your send me duplicates of each of these treats in the next couple of days. + (That's not a plus sign but the sign of the cross just to remind you how grevious a sin you have committed and how very important it is for you to hie thyself to the nearest post office and get that stuff on its way to Ocala ASAP!) :))))
Hummm bolos com muito bom aspecto.
Um abraço e bom fim-de-semana.

Well that must have been a treat!
...yummy delights.
Love the looking UP with crosses and stormy skies.. had to speed scroll past the pastries so I would not gather calories.
Hello, pretty view of the crosses and sky. The cheesecake does look delicious.
Happy Friday, enjoy your day and weekend.
A beautiful church, and tempting pastries!
Yummy goodies and great clouds

Totally understand Lois, I have a soft spot for pastries also ☺ happy weekend.
At least you made them last over several days and didn't eat them all at once as I think I would be tempted to do. :-)
Baklava cheesecake sounds and looks quite good, Lois!
Oh Lois, how delicious these look, very tempting indeed. Lowell comment cracks me up :)
The cheesecake looks tasty!
Two great images Lois. I remember a Turkish Festival when we were in San Antonio earlier in the year, and enjoying their pastries.
Oh yum, you can't beat Greek pastries. They know how to make some irresistible things.
Oh my but the Baklava cheesecake looks so good!
A beautiful shot of the church, and the pastries look delicious!
Your second photo is compelling evidence for attending Greek festivals whenever possible. I'm impressed that goodies like this lasted for several days. My sweet tooth knows no restraint when there are very tasty treats around.
Greek festivals have the best food!
Love baklava and cheesecake, but never experienced them combined [even after attending annual Greek Fests here in Rochester. Ya gotta love it!
The post above this one made me miss Florida sunshine and butterflies and flowers -- this one just makes me hungry... so hungry ;>)
That cheesecake does look yummy!
Nice photograph of the church and skies behind.
All the best Jan
