Had no idea what Yarn therapy was, but it is knitting! Well go for it.

Love the sign Lois, but I'm not sure if I'd find knitting relaxing, I'm hopeless 😀
Signs like this make me...ah let's see, the proverbial phrase is, I think, "Knit my brow." :)

Like the sign but that therapy would drive me around the bend as I don't( and can't)sew or craft at all.
