A hazy morning view of Lake Jackson. I took this picture from the picnic area in front of the restaurant I showed yesterday. The water level is very low because we have not had any rain in weeks, in fact there is a fire hazard warning in our area right now because it is so dry.

The climate is really changing, we have had an unusual dry period here too in October and now we have changed from frost into 14 degrees C (57.2F)!
That's a nice looking lake. I wonder if the birds frequent this lake when the water levels are low.
A pretty view!
Have a great day!
It seems unusual for it to be dry in Florida.
We could use some rain here, also. This beautiful photo shows a scene very much like our Orange Lake which is north of Ocala. And re oysters: I dunno. They just don't look good to me. I don't like anything raw and I had a friend who ate a dozen or so one day and they were bad and he didn't get off his knees for several days. :) I'm glad you like them, though. And I wish you all the best! You're much stronger than I am. 😇
What a lovely view.
Hello, it is a pretty view. We could use some rain here too, it has been very dry. Great shot!
Looks like a very quiet place, Lois.
much of our country is way to dry, even the places that were flooded are now dry.
Very tranquil.
We've had an average fall in terms of precipitation, but it was a very dry summer.
This looks beautiful, Lois! WE had a dry summer but have made up for it lately I think. WE had our first snow on Sunday!
I would enjoy both the restaurant and the view!
Nice photo
A very peaceful scene Lois. Thank you for sharing
