I love the fact that when the county built the new park near my house they decided to leave some of the old structures on the property, like the
old hay barn and the
abandoned house in the woods I have shown previously. It's fun to see them when walking along the trails. These two buildings look like they might have been used for storage at one time.

I hope they also will keep them in good shape!
Hello, it is nice to see these old buildings hanging on. Have a happy day and week ahead!
All too often there is a desire to sanitize other surroundings, gritty things fall out of favor. Thanks Lois for sharing the treasures from the past. I hope that you are able to return real soon.
Wonder if they can be used to shelter if you get caught out in bad weather Lois. Does make a change from just automatically knocking things down!
I imagine this was a shed at some point.
They are good places for photos.
Nice to see something old when you out walking, makes you wonder what its history was.
I wish I could peek inside the little one in the foreground.
I would like to have one about that size for a retreat to write and think! Yes, it is always good to preserve a bit of history!!
Good for them that they kept them. They add so much interest!
I love the old weathered wood.
It is fun to have some old remnants along the walking trails. Gives you something to think about.
What a great idea. I do hope they remain in fairly good shape.

They wouldn't have to be too old to be in this shape under my care. :-)
Absolutely love this old scene. I bet some kids have played house or cops and robbers here.
Great scene with the sunshine on the old structure! Visiting from Tuesday's treasures.
