Looking for Dinner by Lake Ella

I was stalking this Snowy Egret along the edge of Lake Ella, but it didn't seem to mind. In fact, I don't think it even noticed me.

Linking to Saturday's Critters, The Bird D'Pot, and Camera Critters.

He was concentrating to catch his fish. No eyes for old ladies making photos.

They are such good fish catchers Lois, the fishes don't stand a chance when spotted by the eagle eyed egret! Super shots, you are a good stalker :)

These are superb photos, Lois...the sharp whiteness of the bird against that cobalt blue water is a magnificent sight!

Fabulous!! I really like the image where you can see its yellow feet through the water [around here the water is so murky this is nigh on to impossible!]

Thank you for sharing these wonderful captures with us at I'd Rather B Birdin'! All of us birders are so appreciative!!

I love Egrets -- not the least because we do see them on both Coasts (of the US) ... I never get tired of their grace and beauty. I'm glad he didn't mind your stalking!!
