Good Fence on a Bridge

The foot bridge at Waverly Pond in the late afternoon sun. I'm not sure who left that stick you can see there in the second photo, but I put it back after I passed by. Also if you look to the left in the second shot, you can see a gazebo in distance. The third picture shows my favorite part of this bridge, a built in bench where you can sit and rest for awhile.

Linking to Good Fences.

There are so many of these walkways in Florida and I love them. The stick...well...I've heard there's a big green monster up in them thar parts! Be very, very careful.

The "Ode to Billie Joe" and the Tallahatchie bridge popped into my head when I saw these photos. I'm not sure why.

That is a lovely bridge with nice fencing and yes that bench would be the perfect place to sit for a spell and enjoy the surroundings. Nice of you to put the stick back after you crossed over.
