I know I just posted pictures of turtles over the weekend, but I saw these cuties all lined up on that old log yesterday and I just couldn't pass them by. They were sunning themselves next to Lake Esther at San Luis Mission Park. We had absolutely gorgeous weather over the weekend and I did quite a bit of walking at several of our local parks.

I always loved these guys when I was back in Jackson. :)
Something you would never see in my part of the world, so keep posting these types of photos.
They are always nice to look at.
What a wonderful photo!!! I do love turtles. They teach me that being patience and perseverance! Thank you for this reminder today!
Hello, I always enjoy seeing the turtles lined up. So cute! Great shot! Happy Monday, enjoy your new week!
There is something inherently cute about a row of turtles on a log. Great job!
Well we are on the same page today, but mine has snow on him. (AmboiseDailyPhoto)
Love them!
~
turtles do love the sun, we see them a lot here and always in the sun
They do like to gather on logs, don't they?
Haha! That's a popular hang out spot Lois!
I thought the old saying was 'got your ducks in a row' but I guess Turtles work too. LOL

I find it interesting that they're almost all the same size. Where are the babies? :)
They're splendid animals... they seem so patient!
They always remind me of a children's counting rhyme book. Seven little turtles all in a row ...
What a happy gathering of the "shell" friends!! Great shot, Lois!! Hope you have a great new week!!
Looks like they are lining up for the start of the swimming event of the Turtle Triathlon :)
We also have a couple of places where turtles congregate like this: it is always a nice spectacle!
You can never post too many turtles!
Looks like the good life, doesn't it?!
Gave me a smile, Lois!
Now you're just rubbing it in, Lois. :-)
How cute that they are all lined up!!
How cool to get a shot of them grouped like that. :)
These turtles are wonderful.
