Good fence, hay bales, and those cows
Three weeks ago on my Good Fences post here about the Okeeheepkee Prairie Park, I mentioned hearing, but not being able to see some cows mooing behind the trees as I was walking along the park trail. Last weekend I found those loud cows. There they are way back there in their pasture behind those hay bales. This area is only about a mile from my house, yet I had never been down this road before. It is amazing how many interesting places I have found while out taking photos for my blog.

What a beautiful scene! Love the golden light. :)
That looks a lot like the area around our house. It's a beautiful photo and the light is perfect!
Oh crap, I forgot to tell you that I thought people were mooing at me the other day. Not so. They were booing! :)
Pretty....love the baled hay/straw too.
really nice bucolic view!
this is gorgeous. i love the tree, the fence and the hay and would love to see and hear those cows. i love love cows.. beautiful shot
A very nice scene. It's fun when exploring to take photos which can become an addiction :)
Photo blogging does make one explore places!
Nice and idyllic picture.
A lovely bucolic scene...
Great find and beautiful view over the pasture! I love making discoveries like this - wonderful what we do for a blog post!
It really is interesting how blogging makes us more adventurous and curious! That's a good fence!
Quite serene!
I have always been one to wander roads in search of photographs. What amazes me is how sometimes a place looks so totally different if you go the opposite direction to what you normally travel.
Real nice! And similar in theme to my Calif scene...
What a nice view of the cows beyond the fence. Isn't it fun to explore and find new things like that to photograph.
Such a peaceful scene!
So you live in the countryside! :-) I have to say that one of the things I've enjoyed most is getting to know Versailles inside out...
Ah, yes! Blogging opens up one's eyes and in this case it improved your hearing as well!
That's why we need to keep cameras handy. Never know what interesting sights we will see. Nicely done.
Blogging definitely expands our horizons, Lois. :-)
They are either cows or ants, Lois!
