No Mow Zone

This sign must be a reminder to the county workers maintaining the Okeeheepkee Prairie Park that they can't mow in certain areas because I know I wasn't planning on mowing anything while I was there.

Linking to signs, signs.

Nice sign. You'd think park workers would know where to mow and not mow though. ;-)

I wish my garden was a 'no mow' zone Lois :)

I really wouldn't expect anyone mowing there!

Hello, I wish this no mow zone was in more areas. The wildlife needs the habitat. Enjoy your day!

It's rather hard to mow water, too! I think, though, that I need one of those signs for my yard...then when the HOA says my lawn looks like Donald Trump's hair, I can merely point to my sign and walk away!

It certainly looks tranquil.

I don't expect anyone will ever bring their mower down there but just in case, the sign will remind them :)

Good to make sure they know, Lois!

What you don't bring a lawn mower with you when you go to the Park? Really now! Funny post. It's even funny to say 'no mow' ... sounds like a Southern accent.

Oh Darn... There's nothing I enjoy more than loading the mower into my car & driving for miles to find a random Park to mow. Whatta bunch of Killjoys

Anybody mowing that close to the water is not real bright. What a comical sign...though they said not mean for it to be that.

Looks like it might be too difficult to mow in a wetland anyway. Those County workers must need considerable guidance.
