Good Fences
The first picture shows a brand new fence near the entrance to Okeeheepkee Prairie Park. The second picture shows the first of two boardwalk bridges on the walking trail. The trail makes a loop around several ponds and you can see the other bridge I walked over in the upper right side of the picture across the water way off in the distance. On the other side of those trees is a huge cow pasture. I could hear some loud mooing coming from the cattle as I was walking the trail, but couldn't see them through the trees.

I like that first fence. Looks like it's built to last.
Hello, a pretty place to walk, I like the ponds and to hear the cattle. Great fence shots. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day!
So pretty. I especially like the shadows on the bridge.
Both are good sturdy fences
The first fence looks sturdy and I think that's appropriate for an entrance.
Still thinking about yesterday's post. So is this a no "moo" zone? :-)
The first looks handmade, the second is more of the industrial kind.
i like that new fence a lot!
fences look nice and sturdy. Good to rest your camera on for support when the need arises.
That's a good study structure Lois, not a chance of a stray cow here :)
Those boardwalk bridges make so many interesting places and sight accessible. We have a lot of them in the swamps and marshes of Florida. This prairie park is much like the one just south of Gainesville, I think.
nice bridge!
I'd love to go on a walk there. Great shots!
Sturdy looking and ready to do their job.
I like both your photos.
Have a great day!

The boardwalk reminds me of some trails up this way.
magnifique endroit !
Great fences for the day, Lois!! I do like that sturdy, new one!! Have a lovely day!! Enjoy!!
Nice fence shots. - Loving the green grass in the first shot. That looks like a great place to take a nature walk.
It really is a lovely place... in the summer... :-)
I love these boardwalks that get one to places not normally accessible!
I love walks like these.
There is nothing nicer than to walk on a boardwalk in an area like this. It i so nice to see green and think WARM and NO SNOW. I had planned to win the lottery and buy myself a house in West Palm Beach so I would be back home, but sadly it was’t in the cards. I will not give up. Love the shadows.
