A Little Prop


I'm not sure what was going on here, but apparently either one or both of these trees needed to be stabilized at some point. I hope the tree on the left isn't depending on the tree on the right, because I think it has seen better days.

That is a bit strange, but I would guess it was the healthier tree on the left helping prop up the one on the right.

Maybe it was used as a high bar for pole vaulters preparing for the Olympics. Well, hey, that could be the case! :)

I notice the lower branches have been trimmed. In our school, some kids climbed bout 5 stories. I had to wait and tell them how high they climbed.
