Great Egret stalking his dinner at the edge of Lake Esther. I was standing on the boardwalk that runs next the the lake when I took this picture late in the afternoon on a cloudy day, so it almost appears to be in black and white.

Perfect and love the grey of the water!
I think the great egret is one of the most patient hunters. I see them stalking a lot…but, rarely do I see them catch anything! Nice reflection.
