I was downtown over the weekend and I forgot how much I like this building, especially the columns. The
Supreme Court of Florida is located directly behind and west of the Florida Capitol. I took this picture from across the street while standing on the steps leading up to the Capitol.

Oh, what a beautiful building, Lois!! I really like it, too!! Thanks so much for sharing!! Hope your week is off to a great start!! Enjoy!!
Very stately looking. Public buildings like this are just better when they're grand. :)
A pretty classical building and so white!
Fantastic symmetric details Lois, classic architecture.
A gorgeous building, Lois !
Wow, Lois that is a gorgeous building. Very court-like!
for some reason, the dome made me think of vanilla ice cream. :) pillars ala mode? :)
I like the clean lines and the colours of this building
Pretty, particularly the colour!
Looks like a very beautiful place! Thanks for sharing it with us!
Impressive building though I have to say that the older I get, the less I'm impressed with supreme justice be it here or in the US.
An austere and classical building!
It looks very official. Beautiful architecture.
In 'dress whites' too.
Gorgeous and a great shot, Lois!
Nicely framed shot! They just don't make buildings like this anymore. The time and craftsmanship put in is remarkable. So much more pleasing to look at than the modern steel and glass of today.
Excellent, Lois. I like the clarity and symmetry of the image.
