The waterfall at Cascades Park near downtown. I took the second picture while leaning over the railing on the opposite side of the waterfall from where I took the first shot, while being very careful not to drop my camera or fall in!

What a neat waterfall!
Yep, I've often reminded myself in similar situations to keep the camera strap secured to my person as well as to the camera.
how neat!
That is so cool. Once again, I'm surprised - don't know why - that Tallahassee has so many great places to visit and enjoy. I'm so glad you didn't fall in or lose your camera. Looks a little scary!
What an interesting looking place! Its always so scary leaning out over anything with camera in hand...
Wow Lois this is beautiful!!

For some reason, those drainage holes scare me to death. I've never seen one in person, only in photos but, there is something that really bothers me about them.
eek! looks a bit scary!
OH YES! Be very careful to not drop your camera. Lovely waterfall!
Very interesting! There is a smaller, but similar spot in Florida where the birds stand and wait for lunch to go over the waterfall and grab it before it does.
The positions we have to sometimes get into to get the shot :) nice one Lois.
Great captures for the day as always, Lois!! I'm glad, too, that you didn't lose your camera! Hope your week is going well!!
Both waterfalls are quite spectacular!
That's quite an unusual, and beautiful construction!
That is a crazy waterfall in the 2nd shot, Lois!
Quite an unusual waterfall ...
I really like the second one, it's like a water vortex!
That round waterfall is very scary
Interesting!
Oh yeah, it's very lovely, but still a little chilly for a swim. Do be careful.
Lovely shots! Waterfalls are beautiful.
Beautiful post.
Have a great day!
