Good Fences

I'm not sure whether that building is occupied or not, but the fence looks like it is meant to keep people from using the sidewalk and steps leading up to it. Linking to Good Fences.

Yes, a bit strange blocked path with a firm fence.

Yes, that is quite interesting. :-)

Indeed a bit strange.

It does. I wonder why those steps are there if they are not to be used.

how interesting! at first i was just admiring it for a nice corner offset, but like you said, it now obstructs the path and doorway. :)

Hmmm. I do wonder what the fence means.

Your right rather strange to block.
Aye it is a fence and Thursday is Fence day.

Good find.

Well, that's one way to keep nosey people to themselves. I bet there is a story behind that, Lois.

Interesting that it covers up the bottom of the steps.

I'm confused by pieces of fence like this. Worth the investment? It adds nothing to the lawn, if you ask me. You didn't ask, did you?

It is a nice fence, but in a strange place...

That is an interesting fence!! It does look as though it was meant to block someone or something??? Great, different shot for the day though, Lois!!

I agree with everyone, that is odd to have the fence where it's at and it certainly does seem as if they don't want people walking through that area.

They have to climb over the fence.

Well, unless one just tromps over the grass, around the cute fence and then up the stairs.

What a fun find!

Definitely one of those things that make you say 'huh'! At least it IS a lot prettier than a sign saying 'Go Away and Leave Us Alone!"

Not a warm welcome for sure. :)
The heavy wood doesn't compliment the exterior either.
A great find to make us think!
