Photos from Florida's Capital City (and occasionally a few from other interesting places I have been fortunate enough to visit in my travels!)
A very nice sign with a perfect brickwork background!
Oh lucky you Lois, I bet you had a brilliant time.
mmmm! what did you have?
I'd love a slice o the spinach quiche.
I definitely like the name of this restaurant!
Wow, that is quite a menu. I see many thing that I would love to try. But, banana cake with chocolate ganache and the 6 layer red velvet cakes just jump right out at me.
Kudos to your kids. It looks like a place with some character and I like the name. Did you have the Steak Quesadilla Omelet or that 6-layer Red Velvet Cake? Probably not a calorie in sight, right?
Oh, yes, love the spinach quiche and the name of the restaurant, too!! Great shot for the day, Lois! Hope you're getting ready for a lovely weekend!!
I love going out for brunch!
Great sign. I am drawn to their menu, too bad it is out of my driving range. Who wouldn't love Duck Soup?
The menu looks interesting. I've never had duck soup, but I'm willing to try it!
I can't really decide what I'd like for main course but I'll have banana bread for afters please!
Quiche for me!
I'm with ceildequimper ... I wouldn't be able to decide what to eat! (One of each, please???)
Oh lovely looking brick building too and the sign -- just the kind of restaurant I love.
So happy to find your blog! I went to school in Tallahassee, and also taught school there for a while. It will be fun to see all the changes that have occurred.
I am guessing that the menu is pretty imaginative. Good choice by the kiddos.
