Theme Day: Triangles

This picture was taken in the newly opened Cascades Park in downtown Tallahassee. Those are my two oldest grandkids watching the waterfall. The big triangle in the background is supporting one of two identical bridges located on each side of an outdoor amphitheater. The first day of the month is Theme Day in the City Daily Photo Community. To see more fascinating interpretations of this month's theme from cities all over the world, visit here.

That is a fine triangle, and the lines and other geometric shapes please the eye. This is the sort of place I would enjoy visiting.

Nicely done. Now you've given me one more reason to head up to Tallahassee for a visit! Your grandkids are getting bigger!

A super shot it is indeed, Lois, and a great one for this month's theme! Always great to watch the young ones play -- and that is a perfect reminder to do some giggling ourselves -- every day!!

This park looks fantastic! I bet it will be even nicer when some of the plants fill out. Happy April first. :)

A fine choice. And a great looking park downtown, too!

I enlarged the photo and studied it for a while and I still don't understand how those supports work to support the bridge. Maybe I am getting too old to understand things like that any more.
