Iron frying pans and other cool stuff

After taking yesterday's picture, I turned around and saw this interesting collection hanging on the outside of someone's house. Those iron frying pans remind me of my grandmother. She used to cook in them all the time and I even have one that belonged to her that I still use every once in awhile.

I remember those from my grandmother's house, too. It's a nice collection but what I don't get is why they're hanging on an outside wall where people could just pick 'em off and walk away.

Actually, I've seen these things go for a good price at various antique shops.

What fun decorations. Obviously, they are in a safe place where they won't walk away on their own!

That's a nice idea for a display.

My mum still uses hers all the time!

What a wonderful collection! Nothing like an iron skillet to make cornbread in.

They never wear out, as long as you have "seasoned" them properly! :)

I love seeing rusty old stuff repurposed in such an artistic way.

Here we have the solution for too little kitchen storage space.
