Tax Free

If you did your back to school shopping this past weekend in Florida, you didn't have to pay sales tax. I took this picture in the Tallahassee Mall.

We were at the mall but I think it was on Aug. 2nd so ended up paying sales tax anyway. :(

Tax free weekends are great if you have a big item to buy.

They do this increasingly in Spain as well, never seen it before. The taxes here are anything from 10 to 21%, depending on what it is.

We have that weekend here too! The shopping centers were really crowded this past weekend.

I think there is something like that here, but I don't pay much attention to it. When I want something, I get it. I skipped school the day they taught delayed gratification.

No sales tax? And I think you already are state without an income tax. How do you pay for schools?

Hmm! my suspicious nature tells me that if they have a tax free weekend somehow you'll be paying in some other way haha!
