Snowballs

Big Easy Snowballs is also located in The Cottages at Lake Ella, which is a group of historic stone cottages housing a variety of eclectic shops. These cottages were built in the late 1920's and early 1930's as part of the old Tallahassee Motor Motel. They are located on the north shore of Lake Ella in midtown Tallahassee. I haven't tried this place yet, but I plan on taking my grandchildren there before school starts next week.

Any business with the word snowballs in it sounds refreshing in Florida in the summer.

Are the snowballs imported from New Orleans? Snowballs in Florida--next thing we'll hear about is orange groves in Maine. :)

Just what I'm going to need today, Lois! It is finally summer in Seattle and too HOT, but then without the variety of weather what would I have to whine about?????? Hope you have a great weekend! Enjoy your grandchildren AND the Snowballs!!

I'm addicted to these things. Granny Smith is my favorite.

Got to put this on our "What to visit when in Tallahassee" list, which I think we'll do this fall when it cools down a bit.

Stone cottages? Those weren't cheap little cabins when they were built. I don't know what snowballs are and it should probably stay that way.
