SkyWatch Friday

Looking east toward downtown, not far from where I work, you can see the 19 story Florida Department of Education building. That's the roof of a sorority house you see right in front of it. This is what the weather looked like the day after Tropical Storm Lee moved through the area. To enjoy more beautiful skies from all over the world, visit SkyWatch Friday.

Lovely skies and wonderful composition, Lois! I do hope all the violent weather has moved on! You've certainly had more than your share on the east coast this year! Have a lovely weekend!

The general lack of tower blocks in the area means this really stands out, like an ancient castle might have done in another time.

Nice looking sky, I hope the storm didn't cause too much damage.

Such a lovely view! Love that sky. The views are always so clear the day after storms and the air has been "cleaned" by the rain.

She was a nasty rain making storm that devastated a lot of the northeastern states.
Be happy, Lois

Interesting sky, Lois. Lee brought loads of rain to the northeast, but the storm is finally past us. Enjoy your weekend.
