SkyWatch Friday

My granddaughter and I found the perfect spot to watch the Springtime Tallahassee parade last weekend--right in front of the Florida Capitol complex. Here you can see some blue sky and a few clouds peeking through the branches of one of the lovely old oak trees we were sitting under. The building on the lower left side of the picture is the Florida Senate Office Building. The tall building in the middle is the new Florida Capitol Building. The building on the lower right with the red and white awnings is the historic Old Capitol. To see more wonderful skies from around the world, don't miss SkyWatch Friday.

Beautiful picture. Is your granddaughter not interested in taking pictures like your grandson?

Glad you enjoyed the Spring parade.

Sailor--my granddaughter is only 2 so she is still a bit young to trust with my camera!

I loved how you framed the middle building with the gently arching branch of the tree - beautiful!
