Camera Critters

I saw another wood stork last weekend wading and fishing in this pond and happened to catch an egret taking off nearby. To see more fascinating critters from around the world, don't miss Camera Critters.

What beautiful birds - quite exotic to me. We get big herons but not wood storks, as far as I know.

What a lovely stork! Possibly taking a break in the water after delivering the baby...? :-D

I haven't seen a stork in years - these are so beautiful - and, like Jennyfreckles said - quite exotic to me too!

Wood storks are among my favorite Florida birds. We have a place in SWF, and wood storks are plentiful there. I think part of their appeal is in their ugliness.
