Happy Thanksgiving!

These succulent little critters will be on my Thanksgiving table today in the form of oyster dressing to go along with the turkey and all of the other goodies. I don't think I have ever had a Thanksgiving meal that did not include fresh Florida oysters. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Apalachicola oysters? I'm not a fan of them, but my friends who are tell me they are THE best. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving Louis! Kat

Enjoy the holiday, and your succulent oysters. Cole Porter had a funny little song about an oyster, but let's not get into that today. Happy Thanksgiving to you and all your family.

I'll pass on the oyster dressing, but I'm not surprised...it seems that native Floridians and others who have lived here for years find oyster dressing at Thanksgiving and Christmas a necessary tradition. Glad that you like it and I hope you're having a wonderful day!
