Old Pisgah
The Pisgah United Methodist Church, also known as Old Pisgah Church, is another Tallahassee landmark which was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1974. As you can see from its historic marker, this beautiful old church has quite a history. You can also read more about Old Pisgah by visiting their website.

Bradley's
Bradley’s Country Store is located about 12 miles east of Tallahassee and still looks just the same as it did when it first opened in 1927. Bradley's is famous for country smoked sausage, made from Grandma Mary Bradley's recipe, which she started selling from her home kitchen back in 1910. Four generations of the Bradley family have carried on the tradition and Bradley's Country Store was placed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1984. To read more about this fascinating piece of Tallahassee history, you can visit their website here.

Weekend Reflections
My daughter is a local high school band director and I was attending one of their afternoon practices when I took this picture of their reflection as they were marching onto their practice field. To see more fascinating reflections from around the world, go visit James at Weekend Reflections.

SkyWatch Friday
I'm happy to be back blogging and decided that this beautiful picture I took of the sky while standing under a shady tree near Lake Ella was the perfect choice for SkyWatch Friday.
