Flowers
I saw these gorgeous flowers blooming on the side of Meridian Road in Tallahassee and just had to stop and take their picture. I love the color combination here!
I saw your red plants and thought of the medicinal plant in Malaysia and Singapore. http://annsnowchin.blogspot.com/2010/08/ruby-red-plant-sessile-joyweed.html
I took the photo last month and intended to do a post, but didn't get around it. So here it is. It could be the same plant.

YES! If ol' «Louis» saw these, he would have had to take a picture of them, too! This would have worked for the Theme Day post as well!
There are gorgeous together, Lois. The yellow is so bright and cheerful.
wonderful colours.... great flowers!
Great colours - they happen to be exactly the colours of my local football (soccer) team, Bradford City!
How pretty! I think I used to have some of the purple leaf things when we were in Oklahoma, but I can't remember what they were called.
A beautiful photo, Lois. I love black-eyed susans!
Aren't those called Black Eyed Susans? Cool!
it is a very beautiful color combo.
Happy Monday!
