Lobbyists
Since Tallahassee is Florida's state capital, it is not unusual to see organizations like these located downtown and within walking distance of the capitol complex.
Thank you for choosing to show lobbyists for organizations that are trying to promote justice and educational services. Those lobbyists often seem to have greater challenges than lobbyists for corporate interests.
I took a walk by the Texas State Capitol in Austin back in March and saw similar plaques for bunches and bunches of lobbying offices. Its all spin and lobbying these days.
We don't have such organizations in France. But there are a lot of lobbyists in Brussels (EU). I didn't know what lobbies were before going to the US. I like the light on the signs. You must have a good camera to render it so beautifully!
I only have a vague understanding of just what lobbyists too, but I have to agree with others here that at least these ones are working to promote justice and children's services. With BP so much in the news even here, I'm kind of sick of large corporations.

It would be interesting to know how many state organizations are based in Tally (not mention how many registered lobbyists).
I like the first sign with design of the state capital!
I hope they are doing a great job there!

As I recall, the entire area around the capitol is filled with lobbyists.
And it works...

A nice set of signs. Purely directional. Not fun like some cities have now. Have you see any of those yet?

Those are very nice signs but I really like how the shadows against the wall :D
Again, I always love bricks in background!
A good reminder that some lobbyists are necessary and work for the people and not the corporations vs. the people!
Oops, I meant, what lobbyists DO.

I like the logo of the justice association.
I like the cool shining sign. Yay for the children's lobbyists.
Have you seen the Duchess of York? I hear she has been doing some lobbying lately:)
