is located in this old church building in downtown Tallahassee. After I took this picture, I noticed the old windows above the door were reflecting a little bit of blue sky and the trunk of the giant oak tree in front of this building. Beautiful reflections and this door and façade are also fabulous!
I liked a lot those glass details!
I'd like to meet the wise ancient oak... :)
God bless you!
Beautiful composition and the colors are gorgeous. Great reflection, that wavy old glass is wonderful. Kathy
Good eye, Lois. The building and door are quite attractive; the reflection makes the photo sing!
Church buildings are always nice looking and often used for other things. Not to farm from me in Edison is a small very old Catholic Church used as a residence. Very cool looking. the church/home was built in the late 1800s.
Good eye on noticing the reflections. MB
Very nice! TaxWatch sounds a little scary, though. :)
I always love the brick works, very classic, nice one. And thanks for the link that day, I'm glad that Beth liked it. I really love her artworks.
I like the doors AND the name of the agency. Gotta watch those taxes!
Nice capture Lois. Sometimes we don't see the little extras like reflections until later. Then they're a nice surprise.
I think I get the "point" of this photo! It's lovely, Lois!
I just am not smart enough to figure Sarah Palin out, Lois. I put down what I think/though but set back and look at it and wonder.
Speaking of blue sky. We got it here in Ohio. Cold. Some snow is surely melting but it is still only 21° - colder than your refrigerator. The icicles are growing like a skinny leg on a fat man.
i do indeed see it peeling there...nicely captured!
Yup. They're watching our taxes go right through the roof to pay for what we don't need: more government....
(Editor to «Louis»: OK! OK! Pipe down! This isn't the place to get on your soap box about big government! )
What? No snow???? hahahahaha
I like the reflection and I also like the bricks and the neatly shaped window.
Nice Lois. Like the geometry of the door and railing. Like that brickwork too.
Very attractive brickwork and the door's color is just perfect!
I just had to find out what that TaxWatch is. We need lots of those here in the Philippines!!
Distracted by the fancy brickwork and by the word 'tax', at first I missed the nice reflection on the window.
The brickwork is so vibrant, it makes it easy to miss the beautiful reflection. I'm so glad you pointed it out.
