Park Bench

This bench is sitting near the blooming camellias that I showed you yesterday in Genevieve Randolph park downtown.

It invites one to just slow down, sit and meditate. Especially if camelias are in view!

I want a bench like this!

It does not look like the coziest of benches, but I'm sure it's a welcome respite on hot days.

Must be a nice place to sit for awhile.

Lovely in it's simplicity; a nice place to take a breather.

It's nice-looking, but doesn't appear to be all that comfortable. Of course, on a really hot day, any place to sit is a good thing!

Simple and original rock bench.

Simple and solid no frills bench, I really like this one and it is perfect for the place.

Ooooh, you poor thing--I didn't lose my voice, but I was miserable. I still can't hear very well out of my right ear and sometimes my head feels like it wants to blow up. (ew!)

((hugs)) I'm glad you are feeling better too! Wonderful pic, by the way!!!

It looks ready to collapse -- the legs folding in. But otherwise a neat idea for a bench.

A rustic bench.

I'll bet it stays cool most of the year - unless it's in direct sunlight, then maybe, "Yikes!".

That is one nice looking bench even if it does look a bit small.

I like this bench. It blends with the surroundings.

very rustic - I like the angled legs - gives it pizzaz.

It doesn't look too comfortable but nice to find nonetheless

To sit on this beautiful bench and admire the camelias ... well, it must be close to perfection!

That's nice, a place to sit down and view the flowers!

I think now it is the time to renovate the parks with well equipped furniture. I mean with good stuff of benches where at-least senior citizen can have some gossips with peace minded.
