"Florida's Finest" Revisited
A closeup shot of the sculpture located in the park across the street and in front of the Florida Governor's Mansion. I previously posted a picture of this sculpture here. This picture taken just last week, shows a more detailed view.
If this sculpture is across the street from the Florida Governor's Mansion, I hope that it reminds the Governor and others in government to adopt policies that will benefit children, such as providing good public education.
I like these little slice of life sculptures, thanks for showing it. I like the Spanish Moss hanging behind them, too. I've seen similar sculptures of children playing in many cities, and have wondered what people will make of them a hundred years or so from now! Three Rivers Daily Photo

I would love to have that in my gardens..
Very nice! I especially like the dog.
everybody wants to be a kid.
So playful!
I like it. I used to see sculptures like this in Texas.
I guess it is a toss up between this photo and the previous one. I like this one for the clarity and the other for the contrasts. So both are neat.

The sculptor certainly did a fine job of catching the motion!
I love the sculpture - it looks so natural. Kids doing what kids do.
Very fun sculpture, makes me want to be a kid again. Nah, not really!

Mr. Proctor is one fine artist. These kids look so real they could come to life - like they do sometimes in the movies.
It is a wonderful and fun sculpture. Its always a pleasure to see art in a park.
Nice shot, Lois.
A fine and original sculpture, nice to see it near Governor's Mansion. Your detailed view is even better of the whole picture.
Oh, Lois, I adore this photo! The statues are wonderful--ah, I would join them in an instant.
We have a very similar sculpture not too far from where we live. I'll have to get a photo of it to see if it's the same one or just similar.
No matter how you look at it, it's just as charming! I love that there's a dog too.
Wonderful sculptures! It's a great idea for bringing happiness at a city park!
Adorable!
