Sea Gulls

Posted by Picasa

Sea gulls trying to stay warm at Lake Ella during the recent cold weather. The high temperature yesterday did not get out of the 40's, which thankfully doesn't happen too often here! Today it is cold again, with a pouring rain. Christmas shopping should be fun.

Super seashore seagulls! Was Sydney's Sally selling seashells?

Well at least you will be indoors and much warmer. Aren't gulls fun to watch. There are always so busy with each other. MB

We're pretty used to seeing the gulls around here. Every time the weather changes they come in from the coast.

I'm always worried about these cute friends and the cold weather, but I think "mother"nature teaches how to survive and keep warm.
They are adorable!

Ha! They're thinking of better warmer days in the sun on the beach!
I can't believe it's that cold in Florida! WoW!

Be careful shopping

Night temperatures are falling here, but there is no reason to complain... yet! :-)
Lovely shot!

Poor gulls. "Gullible" as they are, they probably stopped in Tallahassee after someone in Minnesota in Maine told them Florida was warm! ;-)

It's been cold here, too! And rainy. Not much fun. Warmed up today, though, which felt really good!

Gulls are indeed such fun to watch. Tomorrow marks the end of our latest "artic blast" when temps stop dipping below freezing. Brrrr it's been cold!

I hope they were able to find some warmth. And you too!

I guess they could try going farther south! I think you mentioned a tornado watch on Facebook. Crazy weather that day!
