Happy Thanksgiving!

My little grandson, James, made this Thanksgiving placemat for me in his kindergarten class. I will be using it today when I eat my Thanksgiving dinner at his house. I am thankful for so many things, but most of all my family.

****As I admire a lot Eleanor Roosevelt, here some words of her...
"You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, "I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along." ... You must do the thing you think you cannot do." (Eleanor Roosevelt)

I had to do a double-take. Check out my Thanksgiving post. Our youngest daughter has similar talents. I hope your Thanksgiving was a good one Lois.

I have similar placemats made by my kids a long time ago. Aren't they wonderful? What a special gift.

Makes me teary-eyed to see the placematt. It is so adorable. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and that the little guy enjoyed the dinner. I bet he was so proud to have you use the placemat.
