Floral Friday
This is my first time participating in Floral Friday! I'm not sure what kind of flowers these are, but I photographed them in the courtyard of my church last Sunday morning.
Please visit Floral Friday to enjoy more beautiful flowers!
hi Lois, i am from Malaysia.. this is the first time i visit to your blog! Indeed, i am impressed with the beautiful flowers in your blog. I'd like to share some of the photos that i took on flowers in my country. but the explanation are in mandarin. however, i hope you will like all the lovely flowers in my blog. nice to meet you here! have a nice day!
Beautiful shade of purple! I've never heard of Floral Friday. I guess I'd better stick with SkyWatch Friday, though, since we only have flowers for a short time here!
I'm having trouble uploading my Bonnie Raitt videos to my Mountains Rule blog. Hopefully it will be posted sometime today!
I have always heard them called Mexican bluebells and let me tell you- they are the craziest, most invasive plant you can imagine so be thoughtful before you bring them home. They spread like the devil and once established, they cannot be gotten rid of. Yes, they are beautiful, but unless you want them taking over the world, do not plant them in your yard.

Never see them. Would like to get some for my yard.
I agree with the morning glory. Although it doesn't really matter what the name is - as long as you enjoy them!
Happy Friday - can't wait to see more flowers.
This is my first time too. ;-)
They look like petunias to me...but hey! I live in Canada and I've never seen purple church flowers before. ;-)

I joined just today on this meme. Glad to have found this from you Lois. Yours is a beautiful flower post.
I'm going to go with "purple church flowers" as well. I could never pronounce those latin names anyway. Beautiful flowers, I love the color!
