Rescued

I found this little Ruby-throated Hummingbird flopping around near my backdoor Sunday night. He let me pick him up and I put him on my hummingbird feeder where he proceeded to dip his little beak into one of the holes and take a drink! He sat there for the longest time drinking sugar water and then I made the mistake of touching him again and he flew down into some tall grass and leaves in my backyard. It was getting dark and I couldn't find him. I worried about him all night and had to go to work too early the next morning to look for him. When I got home in the afternoon, I went back out there and when I started carefully walking around, I heard a rustling in some leaves. I followed the sound and there he was still alive under a leaf! I picked him up again and put him on my feeder and again he started drinking the sugar water. I brought both him and the feeder in the house while I called the local wildlife rescue association here and they told me to bring him in. I rushed him up there in my car and by the time I got there he looked a lot better! He was moving around and his eyes were blinking. They immediately took him back into an exam room and starting hydrating him. I had to leave, but they said I could call and check on him. I hope he's OK! I took this picture of him with my iPhone, so it's not as clear as it could be.
