Busy Bee
This little bee was happily doing his job in the azaleas outside my office yesterday. That is the trunk of a palm tree next to him. You can see him better if you click on the picture.
Oh, how beautiful! I have a soft spot for all bees, with the exception of yellow jackets. Bumble bees and honey bees are my favorites....they are very sweet and good natured. Gorgeous pic!
I love azaleas. It is nice to see them. And I am glad you liked the palm trees. They seemed to be popular today. It is funny how we take certain things in our communities for granted and then other people's comments remind us of the uniqueness of the places in which we live.
Hi Lois, just stopping by to catch up on your posts. Traveling through cancercare with my sweet DH is a full-time job so I don't get out and about much these days. You have some very nice shots and I'm envious of the spring weather! Thanks for your visits and comments. Means alot.

Azaleas? It must be Spring in the South. We have very few here due to the drought. Although, it is raining today. First time since January.
Your pictures just keep getting better and better Louis! These are just lovely!
Very nice, Lois. Thanks for mentioning the bee...I enlarged the picture and saw it clearly. This is a wonderful photograph.
Don't you love the pick azaleas?
Have a great day!

Nice photo Lois. I love bees, saw the first couple of the year today, by the time I had focused they had buzzed off.
What a beautiful photo Lois!! The bees are buzzing about here too!
A flowery day is a day that starts well
