Leaning
These old headstones in Old City Cemetery looked interesting to me. The one on the right is slowly being lifted by the roots of the tree growing next to it. If you click on the picture and enlarge it, you can read the names and dates on the markers.
Imagine if they can all tell their stories. The history in that cemetery is mind-boggling! -- Don't forget to vote for the April theme! We get two choices this time, thanks to Elaine. Please help spread the word too.
Well, I guess you now know how much we all like old cemeterys:) There is so much history and peace as you stroll around and read the head stones. Thank you for sharing, Lois

Oh wow, it does look like it is going to fall over!
I think you know how much I LOVE old cemeteries!
I love old graveyards too, this looks like a very nice one!
I love to walk through old cemeteries, too, Lois. It does provide a direct link to history.
Oh, do you know why they build fences around cemeteries?
Yes? People are just dying to get in!
It might be strange, but I like to visit the old cemeteries in France. This once certainly is old - 1829!
Have a great week Louis!
