I left my heart....

These hearts are located all over San Francisco as part of a public art display installed in 2004. This particular one was painted by Tony Bennett, a singer and artist, who is known for his famous song "I left my heart in San Francisco". It is located in Union Square downtown.

Linking to signs, signs.

I knew as soon as I read your title where it would go Lois ☺ Didn't know Tony Bennett was an artist too. Some people are just so talented!

I remember reading about Bennett's artistry and seeing some of his work. This is so cool, and I always loved that song. When I lived in Phoenix, my boss came from SF and thought it was paradise; he never stopped talking about it!

I did know Tony was an artist too, but didn't know that extended beyond canvases.

I've been to SF. I prefer Seattle. A lot cleaner.
