Polish shopping mall

Our hotel in Kraków, Poland was located right next to this...one of the newest and biggest shopping malls in Poland. My daughter was in heaven. Me not so much! As you can see, inside it looks about the same as any shopping mall I have seen in the U.S.

Note: I survived Hurricane Irma and I have to say, it was not that bad. My power never even went out and I had no damage to my house. The wind was a little scary though and I'm so glad that's over!

It certainly looks big!

It's been sunny weather here since Saturday after a few days of unsettled weather. I have no idea if Irma's going to be having an influence here in the coming days.

So glad see that you are safe and sound and great news that you had no damage.
I agree, that shopping center looks like any other. It's such a contrast to all historic buildings you've been showing us.

Looks like your typical mall, stores and overpriced merchandise. Glad that Irma wasn't too bad for you, that's a huge relief.

You're right, doesn't look much different from the american counterparts. Must of been made by a US company most likely

Isn't it amazing that wherever you are in the world shopping malls seem to look the same!

Pleased that you were not aversely affected by Irma.

All the best Jan

I remember how thankful I was when Isabel's winds finally ceased. Glad to hear you emerged relatively unscathed.

I know so little about Poland or other countries in that part of the world, so I find this mall most interesting. And you're right, it looks remarkably like what you'd find in this country. Do they also have some of the same stores?

So glad you came through the storm OK. It is a scary thing and when it hits at night it's much worse as you can't see what's happening - all you can do is listen to the howling of the winds and the creaking of the house!

You were lucky to keep your power. We were only out about 24 hours but it drove me crazy!

Let's hope Jose decides to go north and east! Aargh!

...it looks like the Galleria Mull in Buffalo.

Yup - it looks like malls all over the world.

So glad that you didn't have too much of an issue with Irma!
