Seagull, Ibis, and Great Egret

This is another picture from my trip to Orlando over the holidays. These three characters were watching the crowds of tourists walking by in Frontierland at Walt Disney World from their perch on top of the Trading Post. After a few minutes the egret flew down to the sidewalk to grab a snack. I'll show you a picture of that tomorrow.

I have never seen an egret hanging out on a building.

What a fantastic shot! I like how they can integrate without killing each other, although they might if there was only one scrap of food for all three!

Were there a lot of youngsters like us at Frontierland?

Lowell, yes, there were a lot of youngsters like us there that day. Too many people, in fact. It made me remember why I don't go there very often!

The ibis and the great egret are so elegant! How neat that they were just hanging out there, waiting for you to come and take their picture :)

WDW has such pleasant memories for us. Did you see the ghost of Fess Parker?

LOL, cute, the one on the corner almost looks like a prop.
