Photos from Florida's Capital City (and occasionally a few from other interesting places I have been fortunate enough to visit in my travels!)
My first thought had this store as one of those fabric places, like JoAnne's. Silly me. Crepe means food. Or fabric. I like the sign.
Ack, you should have given a pun alert! :D
I like the colours in the sign. The store's name is clever too.
Crepe vine, "Grape City" — lots of clever names out there. I like this sign. Friends of mine have Grape City over in Japan. I met the owner and he and his Japanese wife had 10 children of their own and then went out and adopted 12 more. They sent them all through college and now, in his old age or dream years, he has had a stroke and is looked over by the rest of the family but especially by his wife. This is a link to the US version of their home page: US Grape City
It is a clever name indeed and a colorful sign for the day! I love Lowells first thought!! Hope your week is going well, Lois!!
What a creative name for something so scrumptious.
Crepe vine. That is pretty clever.
Nice sing. Not one of my favorite things to eat.
