The Pearl Tyner House is located across the street from the Florida State University campus and originally served as the home of the University's president. It is now part of the FSU Alumni Association complex and serves as a welcome center. Pearl Tyner was a graduate of FSU back when it was known as Florida State College for Women and was a generous benefactor of the University.

Such a gorgeous building and so nicely renovated or kept up. It would be interesting to know how many major universities in this country began as women's colleges...
