Wonder if it's a falcon nest? You've got us all wondering now Lois!! Happy weekend.
That looks like one of your friends built a nest. It looks like some of the squirrel's summer nests that we have in all the trees each summer. Some of the summer nests end up being a home over winter as the number of hollow trees and limbs are limited as the city cuts them down to eliminate the possibility of law suits filed by citizens when a tree falls on them, their car or their property. The squirrel nests are most made of leaves on sticks or thin limbs woven together to withstand hurricane force winds and hail, rain and snow.
Gorgeous sky shot!Sky watching on One Fine Afternoon, you are welcome to visit. Have a nice weekend!
Green and blue colors. It's beautiful! My Sunset
