I love irises!

Our Irises by the pond are just coming up. Some are yellow and some are purple--love 'em.
That sweet little Shamrock flower is very pretty too. MB

I'm starting to think you experience more of a spring up there. We're almost subtropical down here, so it's just not the same with regard to flowers blooming.

They are beautiful, Lois!
And ... did you notice all of those heart shaped leaves??? And guess what today is?

I am taking the liberty of linking these gorgeous hearts up with Guest Heart Thursday - I hope you don't mind!

How wonderful Lois, they're beautiful. The first one is Violet Wood Sorrel and then the lovely yellow iris. Great job!

What lovely signs of spring. Your area is a little ahead of ours, the lilies haven't bloomed here yet.

Lovely contrast - the secretive little wood sorrel and the majestic iris.

One of the reasons I love spring so much! So many gorgeous flowers popping out everywhere! I really like the cute leaves in your first photo, too :-)

You must have gotten close to the edge before you saw the sign about the alligator? :)
