Photos from Florida's Capital City (and occasionally a few from other interesting places I have been fortunate enough to visit in my travels!)
Nature always finds a way. Nice picture.
Looks like an old tree, the texture is beautiful in this picture. Imagine to find a little palmetto nestled there! Amazing!Léia
Well spotted, Lois! I love this kind of finds.
Love, love, LOVE!
What a great spot in the shade :-D
Great find Lois! That is definitely out of the ordinary.
Nice photo, Lois.
That is so sweet ! Just like if this big oak was protecting that baby palm tree... It reminds me a lot on that cartoon where a big dog protect a kitten that is always scratching his back before sleeping on him...
How lovely to find that 'just happened' - looks like something a florist might do to make an attractive arrangement.
Wow beautiful picture. Cruise Pictures
Giant old tree and little palmetto
What a terrific photo!
We all should get along so well. MB
What we have learned from living in Florida for 26 years is that almost any plant will grow almost anywhere and if not tended to will obliterate anything in its path. This little palm is, I think, a good example!
