Really enjoy your photos Lois. Been reading some of your other posts. Found some restaurants in Tallahassee hubby and I want to go to next time we're up there.
He is colourful indeed, I didn't understand exactly what the Center is standing for.

Yes, I love the colors! My guess is the Shriners are compassionate to children (?). I'm basing that on the statue but maybe it has a different meaning.
I have read that the Romans and Greeks actually painted their statues in very bright colors...
But what building is it exactly, some kind of cult?
