Photos from Florida's Capital City (and occasionally a few from other interesting places I have been fortunate enough to visit in my travels!)
I am sure that the soldiers who work at this recruiting station never envisioned that if they joined the Army they would end up working at a shopping mall.
I wonder how recruiting is going? Must be pretty good -- that looks like a fairly large office space in a mall.
Long way from the front lines of war...
Don't know what to say, we don't have such center's here.
Guess they are not getting much business. Looks desolate!
Yes, I like what Dave said! I truly appreciate our country's men and women protecting us, but I have to say I'm so glad I've never been to boot camp!
... working at a mall. Ya, gotta love it.
That's where they catch the unwary with promises that are not kept! Too often. And a long way from Afghanistan!Nice capture.
I think you go where the young men and women go, and that makes the answer to Where should we locate the recruiting center? The Mall.
How interesting. I wonder how many people just wander in. I would think the recruiters would have to go out where the people are.
I like the lights in this picture! At a first look, I thought it was a bank! :)Léia
