What I really like is the neon green "MINT" sign. How cool is that!!!
For a lounge, it is unusual that it does not have an easy street level entrance. Customers have to make an effort to drop in for a drink. And patrons would have to be careful not to fall down the stairs when they are finished drinking.
Like Clytie, my eyes went to that MINT sign, too! Great color :-D

I like the building, too. I'm guessing it is some kind of bar/restaurant.
I especially like the little white cloud in the middle pane of the Mint Lounge. Oh, and I love the name of the lounge too. Sounds so cool and refreshing! :)
